San Diego Adult Basketball Leagues offer a variety of leagues throughout San Diego County.  League locations are listed under the League Sites Link.  Current leagues include: 60 & Over, 50 & over, 40 & over, 30 & over, Open Divisions (B & C) and company leagues.  Most leagues are played on weekdays between 6:00-10:00 pm.  Each team in each league plays once a week. Each team plays a minimum of 10 games per season.  League and official fees are listed below, under  Registration.

Decaled uniforms are required and can be purchased through S.D.A.B.L.

It's S.D.A.B.L.'s goal to create leagues that offer a competitive balance.  When applying for a league, please try to have an accurate assessment of your teams' playing ability. This helps in placing your team in an appropriate league.

Team fees are $355.00 per team, made payable to S.D.A.B.L.

Register by mail to (P.O. Box 721921 - San Diego, CA 92172). Registration policy requires all teams that want to participate in the league must register before the season starts. Due to high volume league registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Official fees are $37.00 per game. Teams bring official fees weekly in cash. Official fees are collected by the scorekeeper.

Rosters - You can get a head start on filling out your roster before the season starts, you may print one out by clicking here. This isn't mandatory, rosters may be filled out on opening day of your league.

SDABL will  be offering leagues at the Tierrasanta Recreation Center. Legues will be offered on Tuesday Evenings, starting in January of 2009. More detailed information available on the League Sites Link.
